Esther Clark is a food stylist, cookery writer and recipe tester based in London.
Spurred on by years of passionate home cooking Esther trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, graduating in July 2015 after winning the Leiths Portfolio Prize. After graduating she spent a summer living and working on a farm in rural Tuscany before travelling around the country. On returning to London she began a career assisting some of the most sort after food stylists in the industry, , before moving on to style and write independently .

Her First book ‘Mexicana- for the love of tacos, nachos and all things fiesta’ was published by Harper Collins in August 2018. It had double page spreads in both the Times and Telegraph. It was also featured in Sainsbury’s comfort magazine, The mail on Sunday, Vegetarian living mag, + Vegan and vegetarian living.
